Qualifications / Requirements . . .
All driving applicants must possess the following at the time of submitting their application for employment:
1) A Valid Commercial Driver License* [With a Good Driving Record]
a]CDLClass-B minimum for light-duty & medium-duty operators
b]CDLClass-A minimum for specialized transport operators (i.e., heavy-equipment & OTR/Interstate transport operators)
2) U.S. Social Security Card
3) Verifiable Work History**
* MUST have a valid STATE of FLORIDA CDL within thirty (30) days of employment
** D.O.T. regulations require up to 10 years prior to date of application
(ages 28 & above must list last 10 years of employment)
Qualified applicants must be able to understand, speak, and write "fluently" in the English language.
CDL Class-A applicants will be subject to a Road Test in order for management to evaluate their driving skills and equipment operation ability, as well as a written test (multiple choice) on FMCSA Rules and Regulations.
ALL new and returning employees will be required to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and D.O.T. physical examination prior to being employed with Florida Auto Service of the Palm Beaches, Inc, d/b/a: All Florida Towing & Alll Florida Transport Services.
